Intern - Service Desk IT (m/f/x)

Where we need you

The intern will be assigned to the IT Europe Service Desk department, the single point of contact for all our internal customers in need of IT support.

Main Responsibilities:

Providing support to colleagues for all tasks related to the installation, configuration, maintenance, and management of the following systems:

• Business PCs (workstations, laptops, desktops, and thin clients)
• Office and production printers
• Smartphones (Android and iOS)
• Barcode scanners
• Video conferencing equipment

How to convince us

• High school diploma/University Degree obtained no more than 12 months ago or currently enrolled at university
• Knowledge of the English language (B1 level)
• Strong interpersonal skills, a team-oriented mindset, and problem-solving abilities
• Willingness to learn and challenge oneself
