• Management plant quality department including staff career development, recruitment, Training, Work allocations and target setting or monitoring to achieve the best results;

• Apply the company's quality policy, implement and maintain an effective quality assurance system based on QMS requirements. Maintenance IATF16949/ISO 14001 certificate. Response for internal and external audit preparation and follow up the corrective and preventive actions to ensure the effectiveness of the system;

• Handle customer complaints and coordinate internally among departments and take preventive actions and quickly response ,in collaboration with the cross function team to exceed customer satisfaction;

• Support plant KPI target setting and organize monthly KPI meeting (QOS) with cross function team to conduct continuous improvement. Supervise plant Quality KPIs – contribute to their achievement in cooperation with the plant manager (e.g.: quality costs, claims rate, scrap rate etc;

• Series production quality inspection according to inspection standard, include first/last article inspection, process audit, support new project quality inspection etc;

• Support the launch preparation for new projects acting as key contact for Quality topics from plant side and preparing plant for launch in collaboration with Quality Planning;

• Establish and maintain good relationships with customer and satisfied customer with product performance, communication, fast response etc.….

• Proactively escalate Quality issues according to the Quality Escalation Standard;

• Support central quality team for continuous improvement purpose;

• Moderator plant QRQC problem solve approach system to take fast corrective action when necessary to minimize defects and potential failures.

• Bachelor degree or junior college graduated, with Working experience in Automotive Tier 1;

• QA/QC/SQ and QMS experience;

• Be familiar with measuring tools, such as caliper, gauge, and dial-meter, height gauge and hardness meter etc;

• Strong leadership and management skill;

• Logical thinking , Problem solving , Decision making skill , Critical Thinking.
