At our Akron, OH location we are searching for a
The Specialist Kaizen Plant coordinates/executes the Kaizen activities within the Plant together with the concerned site managers and the assigned employees. S/he focusses on cost, safety, delivery, quality and morale dimensions with a continuous improvement approach supported by Lean and Manufacturing Excellence methods. His/her deliverables include coordinating and supporting the successful implementation of continuous improvement activities aimed to improve plant reliability, productivity and efficiency. In comparison to the Senior Manager OpEx Region(AM/AS) /Manager Kaizen Plant Network (Europe) the Specialist Kaizen Plant deploys locally the Opex/Kaizen continuous improvement projects. S/he contributes as well to the continous improvement of the Opex approach by providing feedback and lessons learned to the regional/Plant Network Opex leader.
The Specialist Kaizen Plant acts as a Trainer for Opex methods.
