Where we need you

The Bilingual Technical Sales Representative position is the first line customer contact for both inside & outside sales (periodical travel to Eastern Canada, GTA, & occasionally USA) to existing and potential customers and provides product marketing, price maintenance, inventory monitoring, and provides technical support and business development for our growing transportation / liner, printable and industrial businesses. This position liaises and interfaces with customers, distributors, sales team, the lab, logistics and accounts receivable departments.

How to convince us

  • Minimum 2 years sales experience with a manufacturing or distribution company
  • Bilingual (English / French) both written and verbal required
  • Plastics product knowledge or industry experience and plastics distribution channel is considered an asset
  • Highly motivated and energetic team player
  • Driven, self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills who can sell solutions and manage business priorities.
  • Strong analytical skills to problem solve, assess solution sales opportunities, recommend and implement tactical sales strategies plan
  • Excellent communication, Customer responsive
  • Strong time-management and problem solving skills
  • Driven to achieve in a sales environment, ability to solicit new accounts
  • Reacts positively to change; demonstrates flexibility and adaptability

  • Must have strong attention-to-detail

What we offer

Compensation includes pay from $55,000.00 per year with commission after 1 year, competitive benefits package, and company-matched pension plan
