At our Duncan, SC location we are searching for a

Facilities Technician

Where we need you

Maintenance PMs, repairs, process improvements of: HVAC systems, Compressed Air systems, Chilled/Tower Water systems
Facility Maintenance including, but not limited to: Lighting, Building grounds keeping, Door levelers, Building alarm and
security system Fire protection systems, General plumbing maintenance and
repairs
Responsible for maintenance of the plant recycling area including Trash removal, waste removal, general clean–up
Special projects as needed & assigned by Management.
Other duties as needed

How to convince us

3 years experience in facilities maintenance.
Availability to work overtime as needed.
Excellent attendance record.
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Ability to perform repetitive heavy lifting (50+ lbs) as well as climb, stoop, stand, crawl, work in close quarters and at heights for entire shift.

Education requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
