• Lead and manage the technology team in the implementation of advanced process developments to meet and exceed customer requirements.
• Support business by presenting our technology and products in a highly professional and credible manner.
• Develop and implement strategies, procedures, and specifications to develop high quality products in a safe, efficient and cost-effective manner.
• Lead technology teams to ensure safety, quality, productivity, and efficiency KPI’s are met.
• Review and resolve customer complaints through root cause analysis and corrective action in cooperation with operations and customer feedback.
• Ensure the integrity of the Company’s ISO program, including product compliance, audit activities and establish a retention program for collected data.
• Establish department goals to meet the company’s overall objectives and align the team to accomplish tasks timely and within budgetary guidelines.
• Evaluate and implement engineering policies and procedures and create recommendations regarding capital expenditures, productivity improvements and quality.
• Lead activities to identify opportunities and execute projects to drive continuous improvement.
• Provide engineering and technical support on projects as part of the technical leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with all Environmental, Health and Safety regulations and support safety training activities.

• Experienced technology professional with a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Possess technical knowledge relative to composite manufacturing.
• Proven experience working with new products and formulations with a preference for thermoset compounds and composites.
• Demonstrated ability to work and communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Proven track record in project improvement relating to design, and project management.
• Knowledge and practical experience in managing technology, quality, and environmental health and safety professionals.
• Possess strong detail-oriented and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects with the focus on continuous improvement.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and understanding of ERP products.

Education Requirements:

• B.S. with a concentration in Chemistry or Engineering preferred or equivalent technical experience.
