Specialist Kaizen

Where we need you

  • The Specialist Kaizen-Plant are responsible for the definition plant implementation and realization of continuous improvement processes. They implements standards and processes defined by the Plant Manager. The major goal of the position is the continuous improvement of operations processes. More specifically:
  • Continuously initiate improvement methods and tools for operations processes
  • Motivates others regarding Kaizen activities (Communication and Teambuilding skills needed)
  • Directly manage Kaizen activities in the plant
  • Collect and document lessons learned out of production
  • Provide input to improvement of RA standards and guidelines to the next level
  • Contribute to cross-plant improvement activities and know-how exchange
  • Regular check of BOM’s and Routings
  • Reporting to plant manager and functional head regarding Kaizen activities
  • Conduct plant overview Capacity tool and reply for Project capa. requests
  • Document responsibility: production layout and Material flow chart in serial production phase
  • Conduct analysis on local plant performance (e.g. bad CM analysis)
  • Set-up continuous improvement plan
  • Other duties as assigned

How to convince us

  • Experience in Automotive Industry/Manufacturing Industry
  • Experience in Manufacturing Operations Sector
  • Lean Management
  • Previous Kaizen Experience
  • Change Management Experience
  • MS Office
  • KAIZEN Methods
  • Base knowledge of controlling
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • BS Degree in Industrial Relations or Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience preferred
