Our Lancaster (Denver, PA) facility provides contract manufacturing for complex medical devices: cleanroom injection molding, metal processing and precision assembly from a single source.

This role will lead Business Central process improvements, implementation and integration and will play a critical role in the successful deployment and ongoing support of the system.
• Consult with business end users and IT team members to identify and understand any existing problems and opportunities to improve the Business Central environment.
• Collaborate with colleagues and external partners to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to MS Business Central processes, functionality, data, and integrations.
• Document current processes including requirements, specifications, or integrations to ensure comprehensive knowledge of the current environment and interactions with other systems.
• Develop and implement process improvements for existing MS Business Central functions.
• Provide training and support to team members on Business Central functions and processes.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports.
• Develop and execute unit tests to validate the accuracy and integrity of reports and dashboards.
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements and new features in MS Business Central, incorporating relevant knowledge into daily operations.
• Adhere to and ensure compliance with all Company policies, rules, procedures, and housekeeping standards.
• Follow the official policy for Good Manufacturing Practices as required in the Medical Device Amendments to the Federal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act.
• Provide feedback and pro-active communication to supervisor, management, and co-workers to ensure efficient and effective operations.
• Process administrative matters without problems to maintain up to date records.
• This position is required to be on-site and travel between our Denver, PA and Rochester, NY facility will be required. Specific details of the travel arrangements will be discussed during interviews, but candidate must be able to be at the NY facility at minimum 1 week a month.

MUST have two (2) years' work experience in Business Central systems support and report development.
Understanding and knowledge of data structures, data entities and data models.
Financial/Accounting, Manufacturing, Sales, and Supply Chain Knowledge.
