At our Silao, Mexico location we are searching for a:
• Provides autonomous 2nd-level support, troubleshooting complex infrastructure incidents and ensuring efficient back-office resolution in alignment with internal service requirements.
• Management of server infrastructure, including VMware virtualization platforms and Windows Server environments and applications.
• Technical support for iOS devices and Office 365 environments, ensuring a smooth user experience and secure device management.
• Executes SAP user management tasks, including authorizations, account maintenance, and BANF-related system support.
• Actively participates in regional and global IT projects within Röchling, contributing technical know-how and ensuring alignment with corporate IT standards.
• Applies structured diagnostic methodologies to analyze root causes, accelerate incident resolution, and prevent recurring issues.
• Ensures strict compliance with IT service rules, security protocols, and corporate governance requirements.
• Works independently, demonstrating a proactive mindset, ownership, and high problem-solving capability without supervisory responsibilities.
• Communicates effectively with technical and business stakeholders to clarify requirements, share status, and support informed decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or in a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Windows Client Administration.
• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in on-premise Active Directory Management.
• Minimum 3 years supporting Office 365 desktop applications and user environments.
• More than 3 years of experience in MDM administration and mobile device support.
• At least 3 years of experience working with Service Management systems according to ITIL standards.
• Minimum 3 years of experience with basic Cisco networking and Ascom telephone system knowledge (EUN specific).
• Fluent English skills
• Experience in automotive industry
