Manufacturing/Process Engineer

Where we need you

Responsibilities:

· Collaborate with the local and global team to develop and execute Operational Excellence initiatives and Roadmaps · Implement new processes, methods, tools, and procedures based on value stream analysis to optimize workflows and enhance quality, efficiency, and customer service. · Analyze data and conduct Gemba walks to identify innovation and automation opportunities. · Drive sustainable change management strategies and training for lasting improvements. · Prepare operational performance reports and stay informed about trends and technologies in continuous improvement.

How to convince us

Requirements:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Manufacturing or Process, or a related technical field. · Minimum of 5 years of practical experience in engineering, production, or process improvement · Lean and/or (LEAN) Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) preferred. · Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. · Solid project management skills, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering projects on time · Willingness to travel (up to 20%, including international travel).
