Industry Manager (m/f/d) Semiconductor Industry
Where we need you
- Developing strategic objectives for the semiconductor industry with a focus on the European market and implementing them in close cooperation with the relevant specialist departments
- Developing new materials, applications and services including smart solutions - together and on an equal footing with key industry players and across OEM supply chains
- Providing technological advice to our customers and actively helping to shape specifications in dialogue with decision-makers
- Providing technical leadership to European colleagues within the global Semiconductor team
- Identifying trends and innovation potential through cooperation with research institutions and industry experts
- Targeted management of strategic projects and coordination of Röchling Industrial's portfolio management in close consultation with the respective business units
How to convince us
- In-depth knowledge and a strong understanding of the European semiconductor industry, as well as a keen sense of its market mechanisms and technological developments
- Professional experience in a comparable role based on a technical or academic degree in electronics, automation technology or a similar field
- Ability to work constructively and solution-oriented with customers and to develop innovative approaches in a team
- Strong communication skills paired with self-motivation, negotiating skills, and an authentic engaging personality
- Self-image as a team player with an international mindset and communication skills, including in English
