• Learn to perform tool change overs, end of arm tooling and process startups
• Learn to identify root causes of process issues dealing with machines, tools and parameter settings
• Learn to monitor processes on all IM machines to ensure stable processes.
• Learn to maintain top quality of our products, continuous process improvement on all IM machines
• Learn to improve machine efficiency and utilization.
• Learn to analyze customer returns to solve process related issues.
• Learn tooptimize set up of injection mold tools andsecondary cutters and equipment
• Learn to work closely with Planning to optimize uptime and change overs
• 5S Activities on-going
• Projects assigned by Technology Manager or Plant Manager
• All other duties deemed necessary by your supervisor

• Knowledge of customer specific requirements (CSR) necessary through advanced training, or work experience or a combination of the two.

Work experience requirements:

• Ablity to perform in production environment, learn to operate heavy equipment, operate forklift, work around and operate cranes, and work directly with high voltage electronics.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds on a regular basis.
