We are looking for an:

IT Service Management Platform Administrator

Where we need you

The IT Service Management (ITSM) Platform Administrator operates within the ITSM department and will be responsible to technically deliver and support the ITSM tool used in the IT organization. He/ She will also support the design definition of the tool and collect the information regarding the service catalogue.

Main responsibilities:

• Design and manage the infrastructure behind the ITSM tool and ensuring a high performance of the application;

• Design of the service deployment architecture and environment management policy;

• Manage the platform services/infrastructure outsourced to third-parties and coordinate the activities carried out by external consultants;

• Take care of the integration with external system acting as moderator between the suppliers and consultant;

• Provide support in the definition of ITSM concept.

How to convince us

• Experience in the field of IT service management and in supporting project related to the rollout of ITSM solutions;

• The possession of a degree in computer science or in management is preferred;

• Good knowledge of English;

• The knowledge of the ITIL principles and the Visio program is considered a plus;

• Ability to organize the workload in order to meet deadlines and to manage projects.

Ability to communicate effectively, good relational and analytical skills, attitude for problem- solving and the desire to test and integrate oneself in an international context complete the profile.
