Senior Enterprise Mobile Manager Global

Where we need you

We are looking for an Enterprise Mobile Manager (EMM) to design, support and optimize hardware, software, and cloud services. He/she will be responsible to deploy, manage, track, troubleshoot, and audit mobile devices. He/she will also take care of system architecture and the administration of the Mobile Iron environment for our business units. The candidate will report to the Senior Manager Infrastructure Operation Center Global.

Main responsibilities:

• Administer, install, configure and maintain the Mobile Iron platform and cloud environment

• Provide level 2 support for problems regarding mobile devices, emails, and on-site problem diagnosis and resolution

• Provide support for loading commercial off-the-shelf and in-housed developed mobile applications into the Mobile Iron application catalogue and help with the deployment of those applications

• Keep up to date with industries trends and collaborate with a team to plan, design, develop, build, and deploy new EMM solutions

• Interface with the Microsoft Office 365 cloud with ActiveSync, in the current Mobile Iron cloud, and support the development of new MDM non-Mobile Iron solutions

• Liaison with Corporate business units and Mobile Iron consultants for installations, deployments and, troubleshooting of new Mobile Iron releases; also, evaluate new OS mobile device releases for iOS, Android, macOS, and Windows

• Track device inventory in the EMM cloud environment and perform audits of the Mobile Iron system

• Ensure that all mobile devices and activations are compliant with the Group’s policies and procedures

How to convince us

• At least 4 years of relevant work experience with mobile devices

• Degree in information technology

• Knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS and Android) and EMM platforms, in particular of Mobile Iron

• Experience Windows Server 2008/2012, installation and maintenance

• Excellent knowledge of English

• Microsoft Office 365 MCSA Certification, Microsoft SQL and PowerShell skills, experience with XML Scripting and the ability to manage macOS are preferred

• On-call and available to independently monitor requests after-hours/weekends

Good time management and organizational abilities, good interpersonal skills, problem-solving attitude and the ability to work in a multicultural environment complete the profile
