The Leader Production unit has a role to lead disciplinary and functionally the related production unit organization in the plant, with disciplinary leadership to ALL subordinate employees [Shift leaders, PP (where subordinate) and transport inside of production]. The Leader Production Unit is responsible for achieving the KPI's of the production unit and strengthens related improvement activities. S/he is running the daily operations for the related production unit and is the 1st level of escalation for the subordinate employees. The Leader Production Unit is the first interfacing for the production unit activities for all department in the plant, prepares the production unit for launch of new products/processes and monitors the launch preparation for new projects (starting at RAMP phase 4). Leader Production unit is in charge of the entire production process for a particular or set of products. They plan, organize and recommend strategies in ensuring that the product is developed successfully, in accordance with all specifications. They supervise teams that work in operations and product development.
Facilitating team participation
Must have the ability to work in a face paced environment which requires rapid pace skills in eye and hand coordination, repetitive hand and wrist movement, fast paced walked, and rapid body movement.
