Every day, you have a new idea for what you want to be.And we have the right job for each of them. We have 20 different apprenticeships and dual study programs for occupations as varied as system operator and cutting mechanic. In total, more than 200 apprentices work at our various locations in Germany. And it is a fact, 98 percent want to stay with us after their apprenticeship.

The diversity of our products and their areas of application is reflected in the variety of apprenticeships that the Röchling Group offers.
In addition to the technical apprenticeship, there is an extensive training program in which apprentices throughout the Group can share their experiences. Each of the seminars, such as “Speed Learning” or “Rhetoric and Presentation,” has an accompanying program in which our apprentices can get to know each other better, e.g. with climbing, bowling, or a raft-building exercise.
You can also do work experience or a trial internship with us. Look for advertised places or send your speculative application directly to the relevant location.
