What our Executive Talent Programme offers you

In an internationally operating company, you will be thoroughly prepared for a leadership role with significant responsibilities. Your strong drive and commitment will enable you to quickly assume responsibility and play an active role in shaping the future of Röchling.
You will be paired with a mentor or buddy who provides guidance and support throughout the programme. The Human Resources (HR) department is also at your side, ensuring you have the necessary resources and assistance to succeed.
The programme offers you the opportunity to build a global network. You will have the chance to connect with colleagues and partners worldwide, developing professional relationships and gaining valuable insights from different perspectives.
The programme includes training and coaching based on your personal needs. Ongoing feedback and development sessions enable you to recognise your strengths and areas for improvement, develop strategies, and advance in your role.
