We are currently looking for an Extrusion Operator to join our team .

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

• Safely and effectively sets up, operates, troubleshoots, tears down, changes over an extrusion machine (line) in accordance with established procedures, guidelines, and customer requirements.
• Reads and interprets blueprints and diagrams to select, position and secure machinery.
• Adjusts and cleans machines
• Documents work performed as required

Qualifications

• Strong mechanical skills
• Ability to use measuring equipment
• Strong attention to detail
• Excellent time management skills and organizational skills
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast paced manufacturing environment with frequently changing dynamics
• Ability to safely operate a forklift considered an asset

Rate of Pay Depending on knowledge, skills, abilities, experiences both work and educational the rate could range from $20.00 - $27.00 per hour Shift Premiums Shifts

Shifts

• Permanent, Full Time Position
• 12 hr continental day/night shift, with 4-week turnaround
• Averaging agreements in place
• 84 hrs biweekly
• with opportunity for OT
